On December 7, 2015, Mr. Edwin de Graaf submitted his resignation as an independent member of the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”) and as a member of the audit committee of the Board, effective December 7, 2015. Mr. de Graaf’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company, the Board or the management of the Company.
